Fuheng fixed series-parallel double batten sports wood flooring system is based on double-layer LVL elastic battens arranged in parallel in the same direction as the core, combined with moisture-proof layer, load-bearing board, maple birch panel and multi-point tapered elastic shock-absorbing pad, allowing the venue floor to maintain balanced force, comfortable rebound and stable performance in high-frequency use.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
The double-layer batten is arranged in the same direction and parallel to improve the overall supporting capacity of the ground system, making the sports underfoot feel more stable and consistent.
The multi-point tapered elastic shock-absorbing pads at the bottom work together with the secondary shock-absorbing structure to provide buffering protection for take-off, emergency stops, and turns.
The combination of moisture-proof layer and stable load-bearing layer reduces the impact of environmental humidity on the floor system, making it suitable for long-term operation venues.
The 22mm maple birch panel combines sporty texture and durability, and can be polished and refurbished 2-4 times to extend the service life.
SYSTEM STRUCTURE
The system consists of maple birch panels, moisture barrier, load-bearing boards, parallel double-layer LVL elastic joists and multi-point elastic shock-absorbing pads. The clear layered structure makes it easier for customers to understand material relationships, supporting logic and stable status after on-site installation.
